How do i top up the hydraulic clutch fluid on my peugeot 406 2 litre petrol executive 5 door estate?

any ideas ? i have to press the clutch pedal hard to the floor before i can change gear - the manual says not to tamper with the clutch fluid reservoir - can i just top it up? if so - with what?How do i top up the hydraulic clutch fluid on my peugeot 406 2 litre petrol executive 5 door estate?
Just remove the lid and fill it to the full level, if its low you may have a leaking clutch master or slave unit, If the vehicle is new go the dealership for a warranty repair if they wont help you call a Lemon Law expert and ask for some help, its free in most cases. if i remember correctly it is a sealed system. i would think it is more likely to be the pressure plate.
